- In the 'Type here to search box' type in "PC Name" 

- Select "View my PC Name" 

A new window will open and at the very top you will see "View your PC Name" 

Please provide the 'device name' under Device Specifications

NOTE: If you fail to provide this information then your ticket will be closed out and you will have to resubmit with the correct computer name
